• Location: Situated on the 4th floor of the iconic Western Province Cricket Club Members Pavilion

• Seating Capacity: 24 seats, with a maximum capacity of 30 people

• Flooring: Elegant tiled flooring for a refined and comfortable atmosphere

• Amenities:

  • Some have a mounted TV with the game showing.

  • Built-in bar area (some suites are equipped with fridges, sinks, and built-in cupboards)

  • Access to Plum Events’ on-site catering services

  • WPCC-managed bar stock to comply with the liquor license

  •  If a fridge is available in the suite, we ensure it is operational, though ongoing maintenance is the tenant’s responsibility.

Lease Terms

• Lease Period: One year, with the option to renew annually for up to three years (subject to CPI escalation)

• Rental Payment: Full year payable in advance – R78500.00 exl.

• Package Inclusions:

  • 2x Groote Schuur parking tickets per suite

  • Advertising space (field-facing) in front of the suite

  • Inclusive of annual levies (water, electricity, DSTV)

• Ground entry tickets are not included in the suite rental package.
