Our cricket facilities are rated as one of the finest in the Western Cape if not in the whole of South Africa! Our First XI plays in the Premier League and has won that league and the two limited over competitions a number of times recently. We have five senior teams and a very buoyant Sunday Friendly Cricket team which transforms into the Chairman’s XI when we have weekday games, often against overseas visitors.
Our junior section is the strongest in the country with over 13 teams, which also includes hundreds of little park cricketers starting out under the best supervision possible.
Our facilities include 4 cricket ovals, the Wally Wilson, Vineyard, YMCA and Gary Kirsten, outdoor turf nets situated on the Wally Wilson and 4 indoor lanes at the Sports Centre in Ave De Mist.
