3. Send proof of payment to wpcchockey00@gmail.com with the following in the title: KIT ORDER, your name, surname, section (Ladies, Mens, Juniors).
Once proof of payment has been received, contact will be made as to date and time for collection of the kit.
Please note that there is a lead time on ordering kit so please order asap.
