WPCC Clubhouse Venues
Welcome to the WPCC Sports Centre, where we offer a variety of versatile venues suitable for different types of events and gatherings. Whether you’re planning a corporate meeting, a private celebration, or any special event, our facilities can accommodate your needs. Please note that our pricing is based on a three-hour usage rate. For additional hours and further pricing details, you can contact us directly at marketing@wpcc.co.za.
Our venue hire rates include the use of the space itself, and do not cover additional services such as catering, bar services, or audio-visual equipment. For specific needs and custom arrangements, please reach out to our events team.

What type of functions do you host?
WPCC caters for a wide range of functions including corporate events, private celebrations, birthdays, anniversaries, conferences, lunches, dinners, and sporting-related gatherings. Our versatile venues can be adapted to suit both formal and relaxed occasions.
How many guests can attend a funciton?
Guest capacity depends on the venue selected and the event format.
WPCC offers spaces suitable for intimate gatherings as well as larger functions. Our events team will advise on the best setup to comfortably accommodate your guest numbers.
Are bar and catering services included?
WPCC offers access to catering services and fully licensed bar services. Please contact us for more information.
Can we decorate for our event?
Absolutely. Venue layouts can be customised to suit your function, including seating arrangements, table setups, and basic décor. External décor suppliers may be used by prior arrangement with the club.
How do I make a booking?
To enquire or make a booking, please contact the WPCC events team via the club office or complete the function enquiry form on our website. Early booking is recommended to secure preferred dates and venues.
