REGULATIONS ISSUED IN TERMS OF THE DISASTER MANAGEMENT ACT
On the 18th of March 2020, the Minister of Co-operative Governance and Traditional Affairs, Dr Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma, gazetted regulations in terms of Section 27(2) of the Disaster Management Act of 2002, in order to put further steps in place to combat COVID-19. These regulations are to be implemented with immediate effect, and directly impact on many business and institutions, including clubs like WPCC. The new regulations that directly impact WPCC are, per Paragraph 8 of the gazetted Regulations:
