Please adhere to the required dress code. The
items listed are a guideline only and other scruffy or untidy clothing that
does not fit the dress code of ‘Smart Casual’ should be avoided. Persons
dressed inappropriately will not be granted access to the Pavilion.
Please

JUNIORS
Children under the age of 6 years old may
not enter the Members
Pavilion.
Members
under the age of 18 years, may
not host any of their own guests in the
Pavilion.
Junior
members may only purchase their own member’s ticket and must be accompanied by
an adult member of the Club at all times.
No unaccompanied juniors under the age of
14.
Juniors
are not permitted on the Long Room Level unless seated with an adult member of
the Club.
Juniors may
not access
their seat through the Long Room Bar.
Juniors
may not run or play games on the stands or inside the
Pavilion. Parents are to ensure that junior members stay in their
seats and adhere to Pavilion rules and regulations.
Parents
are reminded that the purchase of a junior ticket for a child will mean that
the child will be seated in the junior seating area. If a member wishes a child
to be seated next to the member, an adult ticket must be purchased.
THE CORRECT GROUND ENTRY TICKET
When the Pavilion reaches capacity, members may
not
enter the Pavilion if they hold a ground entry ticket that is not specifically
for the Members Pavilion.
For example, members
who hold a Presidents Pavilion Ground Entry Ticket may
not enter the
WPCC Members Pavilion using that ticket.
GUESTS
Members over 18 years of age are usually entitled to purchase their own ticket
plus 4 guest tickets for provincial games and 2 guest tickets for International
matches. Subject to demand, the Executive Committee may amend this allocation
from time to time.
All
Guests must be signed-in by an Adult Member in the Pavilion foyer and must be
accompanied at all times.
Members are
responsible for their guests’ behaviour in the Pavilion.
Please ensure that guests are aware of the
rules and regulations.
Guests
are required to leave the Pavilion when their host leaves.
Junior
Guests (accompanied by an adult member) must be older than 10 years of age.
Juniors
Members do
not have the right to host guests in the Pavilion.
ACCESS TO THE MEMBERS PAVILION ON MATCH DAYS
Please ensure that you have your membership card and that it is working.
When you arrive for the match, please use your membership card to operate
the Pavilion turnstiles, you may use your card to assist your guests with
entry. If your card does not work, your account will be checked by the
staff on duty before you are granted access
.
The ramp is available to disabled persons only.
Do
not give your membership card to any other person to use (this includes family
members).
Card transfers are strictly forbidden.
At the door, the security/stewards will ask to see your membership card and
your WPCC Pavilion ticket. Guests should produce their WPCC Pavilion
Ticket and the guest slip issued with the ticket. You will then be asked
to sign your name in the book and list the names of your guests.
DEBENTURES
Tickets for Debenture Seats may only be sold to the
Debenture Holder, unless the Debenture Holder has given written consent to the
Club to release their seats to another member.
Debenture
Holders may purchase tickets for guests to utilise their seats, on condition
that:

The guests adhere to
the Club’s Rules and Regulations and Dress Code.

The guests are
signed-in by an adult member of the Club on match day.
GENERAL
Moving
to and from your seat during the over
:
Please do not move
to or from your seat during an over.
Please
wait for the over to end. Members are encouraged to help enforce this
ruling by informing their guests and reminding junior members.
Cell Phones: Cell phones must be switched off or on silent in all
areas of the Pavilion. If you wish to make a call you may do so from the
main foyer on the ground floor.
Liquor/Bars: In accordance with the liquor regulations, children
under the age of 18 years may not purchase drinks from any of the bars and may
not stand on the tiled area around the bar counter.
Children under the age of 18 years are
strictly prohibited from the Long Room Bar.
Price Lists are on display
at all bars, please check your change.
Stock consumed is reconciled to cash taken every day.
To avoid delays, cash till slips are not
used.
All Bars close one hour
after the match ends.
No
Alcohol to be taken out of the Pavilion.
Food/Drinks: Please note that the Pavilion is fully catered.
Food and drink may
not be brought into the Pavilion.
Smoking: Please do not smoke on the stands or anywhere else in
the Members Pavilion. Please use the designated smoking area outside the
main entrance.
General Etiquette
:
Please remember to remove your hats/caps whilst inside the Pavilion
(with the exception of ladies ‘dress hats’.
No feet are permitted on chairs.
No bare feet are permitted.
Shirts
may not be removed.
